Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

What you post

What you write and upload stays yours. By posting it here you allow the site to store and display it — and the feed is currently readable without an account, so post accordingly. Don't post anything unlawful, anything designed to harass someone, or anything you don't have the right to share.

No warranty

This is a personal project maintained in spare time. It may be unavailable, may lose data, and may change or disappear. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. It is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind.

Not medical advice

log the hog records what you did. It does not know anything about you and gives no training or medical advice. Lifting heavy things can injure you; that risk is yours.

Ending it

You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask for your account to be deleted. Accounts used to harass others may be removed.
